Emilio Pucci tastes like home to me.

Not only because we both spent part of our life next to the Arno River, but also because his magic were always on my mind. And wherever I went there was a Pucci boutique right around the corner!

His life is a kind of tale and, like every good tale, it’s full of that very same colours that he used for his unique fashion creations which introduced free-moving, lightweight fabrics and pop art prints into womenswear.

His talent has been recognized worldwide, he’s one of the most important representants of “Made in Italy“ and also Nike last year realized a “Nike womens Pucci Pack”.

Today Pucci’s story (the story of a man and an entire aristocratic family) is narrated into a special book: “Pucci, Vintage Art Edition” distributed by Taschen edition and sold on Amazon.

 This must have book is limited to just 500 signed and numbered copies. Each book is bound in an original vintage Pucci fabric and is accompanied by four art prints of original drawings from the designer.

Each book will be signed by his daughter Laudomia Pucci who continued to design under the Pucci name after Emilio’s death in 1992 and who is Image Director and Deputy Chairman of the company since 2000.

And every time we can, we try to tribute to Maestro Emilio!
